Ceramic Dog Workshop

In this fun workshop we’ll be creating ceramic dogs, whether you want to create a realistic impression of your own dog past or present, or whether you want to work on a more abstract version Storm will help you achieve your goal with this step by step tutorial.

The first two hours are focused on sculpting your animal,approximately 20 cm x 20 cm either in a lying down or sitting position,then after a cuppa and a biscuit we’ll spend the final hour hand painting them with ceramic glazes.Your work will be dried, fired and available for you to collect within two weeks.

All materials/aprons and morning tea are provided, but it’s a good idea if you’re working from a photograph to print it out on an A4 piece of paper as trying to work off your cell phone can be tricky when your hands are covered in clay.

N.B. Please park on the street and walk down the driveway to the Studio
