Sea Urchin Workshop

Come and create your own set of Sea Urchins, better known in NZ as Kina.

In this beginners level workshop Storm will guide you through the process step by step,you can expect to make two-three Kina depending on how fast you like to work.

After starting with a block of clay and creating your Sea Urchins, you’ll then handpaint them with ceramic glazes.They will be dried fired and ready to collect within two weeks.

These make beautiful gifts, they look fantastic on a shelf displayed in your bathroom or hung on a wall as a sculptural artwork.

So come and have fun creating with clay, whether you come as a treat to yourself,bring along some friends/family its a great way to spend Easter Saturday 🐣
