Calling all ocean enthusiasts and art lovers!

Join us at Mahana Studio Kapiti for an immersive 3D ceramic Whale workshop where you can bring your forever marine creature to life!

Whether you love the majestic Blue Whale, Orca, Sperm Whales or Humpback Whales, this workshop is made for you. With Storm’s guidance and support you’ll spend three hours of creativity and fun crafting a stunning ceramic artwork that captures the beauty of these underwater wonders.

After creating your whale, you’ll then choose from a wide range of brushable glazes available in Storms studio, whether you prefer a satin feel or shiny gloss, blues,greens, grey’s and speckled you’ll glaze your masterpiece, and once dried and fired it’ll be ready to collect within two weeks.

No experience or artistic ability is required, just bring your passion and enthusiasm.Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to dive into the world of ceramic art, this workshop is only held once a year , so whether you come on your own for some creative ‘me time’ or bring some friends you’ll all be part of a small group making beautiful whales.
